My office used to look crazy during audit time. Now I literally have this much paper in front of me and I am just crossing things off. Zoobook has given us the freedom to focus on the client and not the paperwork.

We are not a common treatment center — we are self-pay, we don't take insurance. And we've been able to tailor Zoobook for exactly what we need.

Other electronic health records do not respond expeditiously like Zoobook. They will hold your hand. They work hand in hand with you to rectify the problem — always improving, always tailoring to the organization.

There is no other product out there like it. There is no product that has as many features as Zoobook for a clinician to do their job in an excellent, streamlined way.

Something that used to take me two hours to do, I just did in 15 minutes before I came out here.

If my best friend was a counselor and she was on the fence about trying Zoobook, I would personally take her hand, walk her to a computer, and let her see the quick responses. It takes about 15 minutes to do all the charting necessary to meet state regulations.

Not being a super computer-literate person, I would say it's pretty user friendly. It's not too complicated — and if I could do it, anybody could do it.

I never have to worry about losing a document. If a referral source needs a copy — from this month to that month — I can always just send it. If someone says you never called me, I called this date and time — it's all there.
